Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated in our Terms & Conditions. However, we understand that plans can change.
If you need to reschedule your visit, you can do so (within 12 months of purchase) using the My Account Portal:
- Log in with your order number and email address, or use the link in your confirmation email.
- Select the "Booking Portal" link.
- Click "Modify" next to the ticket you wish to change.
- Choose a new date from the available options.
