Yes, you may be able to change the date of your visit—up to 12 months from the original purchase date—through our My Account Portal.
To make changes:
- Log in using your order number and email address, or click the link in your confirmation email.
- Select the "Booking Portal" link.
- Click "Modify" next to the ticket you wish to change.
- Choose from the available dates shown for your ticket type.
Please note: A rebooking fee may apply, and the number of changes allowed may be limited.
