Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the name on an existing booking. However, if the person named on the booking cannot attend, they may authorize someone else to collect the tickets by providing a signed letter of authorization. The letter must include:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for with my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
The authorized person must bring:
- The signed letter
- A valid photo ID
This ensures a smooth and secure ticket collection process.ID along with the signed letter.
