- Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders—sometimes our emails can land there by mistake.
- Use our Order Lookup tool to retrieve your booking.
- Enter the email address and phone number used during checkout.
- Be sure to enter your phone number in the exact format used at the time of booking (including any country code, if applicable).
- If the lookup is unsuccessful, bring the credit card used for the purchase and a valid photo ID to the admissions desk on the day of your visit. Our team will help locate your order and issue your tickets.
