I’ve lost my booking confirmation number—what should I do?

No worries! If you’ve lost your confirmation number, you have a couple of options:

1. At the Attraction:
   When you arrive at Madame Tussauds Hollywood, let the admissions team know you’ve lost your confirmation. You’ll need to present the credit card used for the purchase to verify your booking.

   🔒 To help prevent fraud, please bring the original payment card. If someone else paid for the tickets, you must bring a signed letter of authorization from the cardholder.

2. Online Order Lookup:
   You can also retrieve your booking details using our Order Lookup tool.
