If the person named on the booking is collecting the tickets, they can do so by presenting a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license). The original payment card is not required in this case.
However, if someone other than the cardholder is collecting the tickets, they must bring:
A signed letter of authorization from the cardholder that includes the following statement:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for with my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
- A valid photo ID of the person collecting the tickets.
This process helps ensure the security of your booking and prevents unauthorized access.
