If the cardholder will not be attending, they must provide a signed letter of authorization allowing someone else to collect the tickets. The letter should include the following:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for with my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
The person collecting the tickets must bring:
- The signed authorization letter
- A valid photo ID
